The watch face is a little big but the watch is great! I check my heart rate during breaks in my step class. There was a little learning curve for using the watch during the class but now I am over the hump and I really love it.

I bought this to replace a monitor with a chest strap. I like the fact I do not have to deal with the strap and can get readings in the pool. The only thing I do not like is that you have to place your fingers on the sensors to get a reading, but I understand since it does not have the chest strap. I would recommend to anyone that wants a monitor
