I LOVE this product--especially because it does NOT require a chest strap. I can take my pulse anytime (I wear it around the house doing chores, up and down the stairs, during my workouts, etc...) and test my heartrate frequently throughout the day. It's also very user friendly!

Love the watch, and I wear it all the time. During the day when I go for a walk at work, I track my calories burned, and my heart rate to make sure I get it high enough to burn calories efficiently. On weekends, I'm doing walk/run to build up to running, and it has a timer for such. The watch works great on petite wrists.
